Over curiosity strikes again

I just decided to search on Shingeki no Kyojin’s wikia page to read up more about Annie (after chap 32 psstpsst) and I ENDED UP SPOILING ALL THE IDENTITIES OF THE TITANS. D:

Permanent fleeting memories

It seems like just over 2 years ago when the science teacher told the class,”you have to start using new words in your answers already. So today, I’ll be teaching you a new word: whereas.”

You’ll probably not feel it as strongly as I do, since you didn’t experience it firsthand. That was one of those times where I loved to study because I loved to learn new things without feeling the pressure of having to force myself to do better than others in the same cohort.

By the way, that memory was from one of my first science lesson ever, when I was in Primary 3. Ten years from then, but those few minutes are still fresh in my mind. And no matter how much I share with other about this experience of mine, they’ll never be able to completely visualise or feel the explosion of nostalgia and emotions. That wonderful picture that I own will never be visible in the eyes of others.

This is why I don’t really like recalling old memories sometimes.

A cliche but sincere message…

Today I checked the stats page I realised that this little ranting spot of mine has had over 500 views collectively over 5 1/2 months.

It’s not a lot, but it’s honestly over what I had expected and I’m actually glad that for whatever reason, people have decided to read my short one-liners and long-winded posts.

For those who have been visiting, I thank you over my fibre network. I’ll promise to get into more sticky situations in my daily life so I’ve got more to tell you guys.

Nah I’m just kidding. But I’ll continue noting down bits and pieces of events happening around me. Like some shots I randomly took during photojournalism class. Slight sidetrack: there was this randomly taken picture of hoards of people jamming themselves onto a bus and my teacher started praising us on its composition, angle, leading lines and stuff like that. My groupmates and I exchanged glances and were like, “yeah, we totally planned all of that…”

To end off my post, I’ll leave yall a picture from this groundbreaking (literally, LOL) anime that broke my hiatus. 😀

I’m still in the process of making new friends. Do drop me a mail at lilwhitestar@gmail from time to time and tell me your secret superhero identity 😀 I promise not to tell on you 😀

The thing about tattoos…

One of my classmate wore a revealing spaghetti top that bore the top half of her back. And there was this tattoo “Love Never Fails” in cursive.

I’m still wondering whether is it permanent or not.

Platforms disguising themselves as heels…

ImageThis is the pair of platforms that I bought (at least 2nd second, I think) for my next two planned cosplays, all the while thinking, “it can’t be THAT bad…”

As I underestimated this pair of 13cm platforms, I decided to sit on the floor instead of on a chair to put it on. As a result, I almost did a full backward arch when I tried to stand up. 😀

Real-life NPC

My school’s academic manager is pretty much like a non-playable character in most role-playing games. She sounds friendly, gives you a lot of information, but everytime you she appears you know something BIG is going to happen.

The last time I saw her was when she briefed to us about the two different branches of economics we could take this year. Today, she appeared and informed us about the different academic routes we could take in our third year. All of a sudden you realise that,”if I don’t choose it properly, I’m probably going to hate myself for at least a year.” Just like how you realised that you should have chosen to be a dwarf instead of an elf in Dragon Age.

How to successfully plan really fun games

Step 1: Have at least one sadistic person in your planning team.

That’s all.
